• You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to all audio, video, and text content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platforms to which it is published.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, distribute, or publish content that you do not have the right to use.
